We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. Your role will be to engage with technology companies in the North in order to proactively sell our business model to them and win new business. Once we are working with them, you will then be responsible for managing these accounts; nurturing and growing the relationships to ensure they are long, prosperous and successful.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Tenacious, ambitious and confident;
• The ability to identify, prospect and win relevant new clients;
• Able to work at a fast pace in a dynamic sales environment;
• A minimum of one year’s Account Management/Business Development experience ideally within the recruitment or technology sales;
• Educated to degree level.
