Celsius Graduate Recruitment have been selected to hunt down an ambitious and career driven Graduate Account Manager on behalf of our financial software client based in Central London. Our client is a well-established, market leader of financial software solutions and services. Their impressive clientele includes the likes of: Jack Wills, John Lewis, PWC, Deloitte and many more. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to join a highly successful organisation. You can expect:

• Arrange appointments with Finance Directors and Managers at customers;
• Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers;
• Present the company’s solutions in a structured and professional manner;
• Write client centric proposals to capture specific requirements;
• Negotiate terms of business (in conjunction with Sales Director) and closing sales;
• Develop relationships with prospects in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
• Record sales and client information on CRM system;
• Review own sales performance and meet or exceed targets;
• Liaise with operational staff to effectively resource requirements.

This is an organisation where you can really grow and develop your sales career starting off with no experience, just a degree, enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Due to the nature of the business, a degree in Accounting and Finance is desirable, but not essential. This is a great change to get first hand exposure from day one in dealing with clients in the corporate/finance arena and giving the right individual the opportunity to pave their way to success.
