You will be responsible for attracting new business opportunities as well as liaising with graduates like yourself regarding roles with the UK's leading IT companies. Successful candidates will be hungry, enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills. You will be based from our pleasant offices which are situated 400 yards from the tram network.
You will receive unrivalled sales training, mentoring, support and progression. Basic salaries will be excellent with an open-ended commission structure. Our current top sales person started her career here straight from University 3 years ago, and has gone on to break company records for new business deals. Successful candidates will be hungry, enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills both via the telephone and on a face to face basis. You will receive unrivalled sales training, mentoring, support and progression. Basic salaries will be flexible around the individual with an excellent and open-ended commission structure. You must be a graduate with at least 2 year’s experience within the Recruitment industry and a proven ability of winning and managing complex campaigns.
