What happens at a Celsius Graduate Recruitment Day?
On the day we ask the graduates to complete a series of tasks to test their problem solving abilities, verbal and numerical skills, and to also see how well they can work within a team. We also ask the candidates to give individual presentations to explain their reasons for applying to Celsius, their choice of degree and their personal ambitions and motivations.
The tasks that we set are designed so we can really drill down and assess their capabilities and competencies, and for you to recruit graduates with the skills and personality that you require. We want to see how the candidates deal with challenges and how they interact with others.
