Celsius Graduate Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hard-working and likeable graduate to join an exciting Media Intelligence and PR Software company in the heart of London. Our client is in a stage of exponential growth, and are looking for their next two sales superstars to help grow the business even further.

Our client’s powerful, yet easy to use media database, monitoring and analytics solutions help companies to identify and connect with influencers, capture coverage and measure the impact of everything they do. Their team of media experts make it easy to monitor and measure broadcast, social and online coverage. Our client is looking for confident, friendly, and sociable people to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive new business through a mix of outbound calling and social media interaction.

The ideal candidates will be hard-working, energetic self-starters who are committed to both personal and professional development. They will need to be open to learning and have the drive to set their own targets and compete against themselves in order to progress and make money in a highly-rewarding commission scheme.

As a Graduate Account Executive, you will be expected to drive new business, build relationships and generate revenue, you will receive both sales and product training whilst you learn how to effectively pitch your product and provide a personal service to your clients. This is a friendly, determined and hard-working company with a fantastic product and a remarkable reputation within the industry. You will be working from trendy WeWork offices in the heart of London, which features beers on tap, open-plan working environments and a relaxed ‘twenty-something’ vibe.

• Degree Educated, 2:1 Preferred
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Excellent relationship building skills – good listening, objection handling and a persuasive manner
• Driven and able to use your own initiative
• Interest in Media and PR is an advantage
• Ability to work independently when required
