Celsius’ dedicated sales training is an integral part of our graduate recruitment process. It develops the necessary professionalism, confidence and skills in our graduates so that they can become immediately effective in the workplace.
Every Celsius graduate, once placed, has the opportunity to work towards gaining the Celsius Diploma in Professional Sales and the Celsius Advanced Diploma in Professional sales, which are both recognised and endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management who are the only dedicated UK sales body accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA).
The Diploma in Professional Sales initially gives all our graduates the skills they need to be successful in their first role. The Diploma consists of three modules, designed to be completed in the first year of employment.
The Advanced Diploma in Professional Sales is intended to assist with your young sales professional’s progression within your company as they advance past their first year. We know that everyone develops in different ways – to successfully gain the Advanced Diploma, delegates pick the 6 modules which will be most beneficial to them (from a choice of 12) and their personal development.
These modules have been designed by Jill Morris, Divisional Manager of Training and will be delivered by Jill and her established team of sales training professionals.
Each module is delivered in our dedicated training suite. The Celsius training suite is fully equipped with multi-media facilities and a full telephone training system. This system helps make all role plays and activities to be as close to the real situation as possible. Activities are videoed and telephone role plays recorded to allow for play back during group debrief sessions.
For clients who recruit 8+ graduates from us at a time, or who enrol other members of staff onto our training program we are able to consider delivering these modules in house on our clients premises – this enables us to tweak these sessions to help contextualize the learning.
