Via a rigorous assessment process we place motivated graduates into entry level sales roles predominantly in the fast paced technology sector. Our client base represents a who’s who of the industry including Virgin and Adobe. We have a Head Office in Sale, Manchester, a Central London office as well as a facility in Birmingham.
As part of our proposition all of our clients take advantage of a 3 module (8 days in total) training program to cover an introduction to the world of sales and equip them to achieve success in the first year of employment. This is delivered in a classroom format in either London or Manchester as well as on clients’ sites. The course is endorsed and accredited by the ISMM (Institute of Sales and Marketing Managers) and has been developed over the years incorporating smart board technology and supported via a published hardback training manual.
Training is the cornerstone of our business, both internally and externally. This is a key appointment to our organisation. You will be responsible for every aspect of the training function; delivering vibrant courses, developing course material that will support our candidates deeper into their careers, promoting and selling additional modules to clients, building a team of associates/full-time trainers to deliver bespoke training. Your role will be to engage with fellow graduates, conduct telephone interviews and help to manage our dynamic assessment centres. You will then help the graduates to prepare for their client interviews and help them at every turn. This is not a traditional recruitment role where you have phone contact with a candidate whose background and experience has no relevance to yours. You will be talking to and spending a full day with your candidates who are similar to you in terms of age and experience and guiding them through the process of making their first career moves.
Our model means that you are quickly able to achieve success, and will be earning commission within a couple of months. Culturally we believe in hard work rather than long hours and you will be joining a successful and highly motivated team. Winners!
