The Celsius Graduate Recruitment and Training Programme is designed to turn raw graduates into skilled sales professionals by giving them all the strategies and insights that they need to not only succeed but to excel.
Our industry-leading training programme is endorsed by the Institute of Sales Management (ISM). Graduates who complete all three training modules are awarded with a Diploma of Professional Sales endorsed by the ISM.
The three training modules include:
• An introduction to professional sales – 4 days
• Solution sales and key account management development – 2 days
• Negotiation and influencing – 2 days
The continuing support that we offer our graduates, ensures that not only are they effectively contributing to your business from the outset but that they will continue to deliver to the very best of their ability.
Added peace of mind
We also offer the option of the ‘Celsius One2One Programme’. Providing you with an optional level of ongoing coaching and training for your Celsius graduates, you can be safe in the knowledge that we will work with you and your graduates on a regular basis. By participating in the One2One programme, you can be sure that your graduates are progressing well and that they are putting everything that they have learnt into practice in your workplace.
