So you think you’ve got what it takes to be a Celsius graduate? Do you have the drive and determination that our clients are looking for?

To become a Celsius graduate, you will pass through our comprehensive graduate recruitment process. When we receive your CV we will give you a call, ask you some questions; basically find out more about you, your ambitions and career objectives. If you have the career plans and personality that we are looking for, we will invite you to one of our Celsius Graduate Recruitment Days.

The Celsius process

Here’s what you can expect when you apply to be a Celsius graduate.

Step 1: CV evaluation

First of all, we will review your CV to check if you are a graduate and if so, when you graduated. We will also check your communication and written skills.

Step 2: Telephone interview

The next stage is for us to give you a call to ensure that you have effective verbal communication skills, the ability to listen and the energy and enthusiasm that we are looking for in our graduates. We also want to find out more about your career objectives and the type of role that you are looking for. We’re not concerned about your academic achievements, we want to know about you, your attitude and your approach to life.

Step 3: Graduate Recruitment Day

Provided that you pass through the first two stages successfully, we will invite you to attend one of our Celsius Graduate Recruitment Days.

Run by recent Celsius graduates, our recruitment days are designed to be challenging but they’re also fun and relaxed. We want to know if you are the sort of intelligent, dynamic, determined and hard-working graduate that we are looking for – a Celsius graduate.

Our aim is to identify whether you have the basic competencies and skills that will one day make you a future trailblazer in the world of sales. We will use a number of different methods including the following:

• Introductions
• Written tests
• Group activities
• Debates
• Presentations
• Role play scenarios
• Question and answer sessions

All of the recruitment day tasks are designed to assess your skills against our strict guidelines. The process provides us with a detailed view of your capabilities, motivations, how you deal with others and how you handle pressure.

Only those graduates that meet our strict criteria, pass the recruitment process to become Celsius Graduates.

Frequently Asked Questions regarding graduate recruitment with Celsius

Q: I’m looking to start work when I graduate. Can Celsius help me?

A: When you send us your CV, one of our Talent Managers will contact you as soon as you have completed your course. We look to place you in a sales role as soon as we can after your initial application. Because of this, we require your availability to attend interviews and start work right way. So, as soon as you’ve handed in your last paper – give us a call!

Q: My degree has nothing to do with sales or business management. Can I still apply for a Celsius job?

A: It’s not about your degree; it’s about you as a person. We are looking for graduates who are focused on a fast track career, which will begin in the business to business sales arena. Celsius will provide you with the essential sales training you need to be successful once you have been placed in the organisation.

Q: What does Celsius offer that other recruitment companies don’t?

A: You will receive full sales training and support from both Celsius and your employer, resulting in a Diploma in Professional Sales recognised and endorsed by the Institute of Sales Management (ISM), the only dedicated UK sales body accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. We will also provide you with a Graduate Manager to ensure you have constant support and mentoring should you feel you need it.
