Celsius Graduate Recruitment are currently recruiting for self-motivated Graduate Sales Development Representatives to make an impact on growing our US clients cloud based quality process and safety audit software business focused on the automotive supply chain and other manufacturing industries in the UK, Germany and across Europe. Clients include Aston Martin, Continental Tires, 3M, General Dynamics and Eaton Aerospace.

What You’ll Do:

  • Self-discipline to maintain client contact using social media and email campaigns
  • Use technology systems to build accurate, targeted and focussed client accounts
  • Have the ability to engage on a business level with potential prospects
  • Be knowledgeable when engaging with potential clients.
  • Understand and articulate how our clients key differentiators align to the business objectives of specific sectors and personas
  • Empathy to work with your clients and assist in achieving their ultimate objectives and goals

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • You will be a bright, ambitious graduate looking to develop a career in technology solution sales
  • A self-starter who takes initiative to achieve goals, is competitive and motivated whilst maintaining the highest level of integrity
  • Strong ability to learn and articulate the solution benefits to prospects with training
  • Ability to actively listen to assess prospect needs and opportunities, positive and energetic with strong verbal and written communication.
