Our client are growing exponentially and are looking for dynamic, charismatic graduates to help grow and develop the business. The company we are working with has created a securities lending platform that allows more control for lenders and removes the necessity of banks and financial institutions – the control is now completely in the lender’s hands. Our client’s tech provides analysis, insight and helps its users track their securities and increase revenue from securities they already own. This product is helping more and more people gain access to this previous exclusive market.

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative you will be proactively sourcing new clients as well as working on a certain amount of inbound leads to develop the business. You will work with autonomy and have a say in every decision made within the business as you grow and learn to become a valued asset to your clients. Your role will be multifaceted and creativity will be key, along with an enthusiasm for start-ups and the Fintech arena.

The successful applicant will undergo full product and sales training, and will be constantly learning in order to develop and grow organically with the business.

In this Graduate Sales Development Representative role, you will need to be/have:
