Celsius Graduate Recruitment are looking for one stand-out, Graduate Sales Engineer for our prestigious client based in Surrey. This is a business to business, high end role where you will be liaising and communicating with world leading clients with a consultative approach. With headquarters in Munich, Germany and offices throughout Europe this imaging technology company has a great reputation and is a highly valued supplier to their clients.

The role will involve pure learning for the first 12 months. This means, no targets and no cold calling, you will be like a sponge absorbing everything you need to know about the company and the industry – this is an exciting company with lots to learn! You will also be shadowing the Business Development Director on meetings so you will receive lots of exposure to real clients from the offset! During year 2, you will be given a list of accounts to look after, manage and nurture – a great opportunity to manage accounts that are already spending with you. In year 3, the successful candidate will be able to pick a path of progression they would like to pursue within the company. The organisation encourages a self-starting quality within the individuals that they employ and what’s best, is that they have no set path that you have to follow to climb the route to progression.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2:1 degree or above in the following: Any Science, Math, Finance, Engineering, Tech.
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Rapport building skills
• Ability to learn and articulate complex technological terms
• An interest in technology
• Tenacity
• Motivation & Drive
