Celsius Graduate Recruitment are on the lookout for two more dynamic graduates to join our clients’ diverse team based in Birmingham. Our client have been established for over 25 years and are the UK’s leading IT learning solutions provider with over 1500 project management courses including Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare and many more. The solutions they provide are an integral part of helping organisations transform the performance of their teams through innovative learning experiences.

You will progress through a continual training programme throughout your employment, attend training academies and have a clear progression track, which could also lead to Account Management, Senior Account Management, Team Leader and Management roles in future.

In your role as a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and build relationships with a database of between 200-300 potential accounts. This will be a phone-based role, which will lead onto face-to-face interaction with clients. You will work with a mixture of marketing-generated leads as well as generating your own opportunities and gain a deeper understanding of your marketplace to analyse buying patterns using internally generated reports.
