Our client are undergoing an aggressive expansion of their sales force and are looking for self-motivated and consultative graduates to drive the business even further and become consultants to C-level contacts within large enterprises. The company we are working with provides a range of consultancy services to these companies, providing them with specialist insight surrounding sales and market intelligence, international growth strategies and business development that allows enterprises to target new business opportunities and achieve growth targets.

As a Graduate Sales Manager, you will undergo extensive training in the specialism you are most suited to. Your role will involve managing short sales cycles at first before moving onto larger sales cycles as you grow within the company and gain experience. You will work on a variety of warm leads as well as developing your own opportunities, with the aim to move into liaising with clients face to face and helping them manage their strategic growth plans.

The successful applicant will be trained in a specific specialism and follow a structured training programme led by an experienced management team whilst you learn and understand the services the company provides.

In this Graduate Sales Manager, role you will need to be/have:

• Articulate and highly intelligent
• A strong work-ethic and responsive to training
• Educated to a degree level
